Crazy Pineapple Rules
Regardless of how it got the name, Crazy Pineapple is a rather enjoyable game that will not be unfamiliar to those who like Holdem. The rules for play are as follows:
The game begins with each player being dealt three cards. Once the players have their face cards, a round of betting will commence. Once the bets are in, the flop will be dealt. These are three community cards which are dealt face-up in the middle of the table. Once the flop has been dealt, and all the players have gotten a good look at the cards in the center of the table, each player will discard one of their three hole cards.
Now that there are three cards sitting face-up on the table, and each player has only two cards in their hand, the second round of betting will start. After the betting is complete, the dealer will deal a fourth card face-up to the middle of the table. Betting now resumes.
A fifth card is dealt to the table's center. At this point in the game, each remaining player has two cards in their hand, and there are five cards, face-up, on the table. A final round of betting begins.
The winner is the player who can make the best five card poker hand out of the seven cards available to them.
