PR Firm Hired by Anti-Casino Company

The RDW Group has been named as the public relations agency for the organization opposing the West Warwick casino concept introduced by Harrah's Entertainment and the Narragansett Indian Tribe. Save Our State has hired RDW in part due to their experience in the public arena with other gambling and casino related clients. For the past year RDW Group has represented BLB investors, the new owners of Lincoln Park. Mike Doyle, chairman of the RDW Group, has said that the Greyhound track and slot parlor outfit will not weigh in on the casino debate, at least not yet. The West Warwick casino proposition has pulled no commentary from Lincoln Park today, but Doyle has been heard to say that he hopes that both Newport Grand and Lincoln Park will stand behind SOS.
