Major US Paper Comes Out in Support of Internet Gambling

As the atmosphere in America becomes more and more intensely charged surrounding the topic of online gambling, a move from a highly respected US publication shows that there are plenty of votes in the "for" column yet to be counted. The LA Times recently published an article entitled "Don't Bet the House" that centered around the upcoming consideration of Congress as to how to handle online gambling in America.

Currently under review in the US House of Representatives is a bill that would both officially put the illegal stamp on online gambling but also cut off many of its funding sources, such as credit card companies. The Times article cautioned the House to consider the benefits of online gambling before making its vote known.
