New Jersey casino regulators have ordered a Clifton construction company to cease working on Atlantic City casinos. Interstate Industrial Corp., which has reported ties to the mob, has been ordered to stop their work in relation to perjury charges they are facing in New York City. The owners of Interstate Industrial Corp., Peter and Frank DiTommaso, have been accused of paying for the bulk of renovations of the former New York City police Commissioner Bernard Kerik's Bronx apartment, and then lying about it to a grand jury, which led to the perjury charges. The police commissioner himself has pled guilty, but the two brothers have pled not guilty.
