In a recent announcement by General Manager Joe Massa, leader of Riverside Casino and Golf Resort, the resort will open to the public on Thursday, August 31, with a big event hosted by Tom Arnold. The star will headline the grand opening ceremony, which will herald the casino which covers 350,000 square feet of offices, entertainment hall, restaurants, and of course the casino. The casino will boast 1181 slot machines, 24 gaming tables, several bars and restaurants, and the ever popular poker tables, of which there will be 15.
Currently 170 people are on staff, 110 people will be added shortly and by the time the casino opens there will be 850 new employees at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort.
